Thank you for considering volunteering for HopeFest 2023 at the Midland County Horseshoe Arena on August 26, 2023. We are very excited about this event because of the impact it will have on the people in our community. This event will feature music by Unspoken, the TRANSFORM Band, Inner Court, and a host of local acts and choirs from around the Permian Basin.

 

This event will be huge. And that’s why we need your help. Please volunteer for any of the activities listed below. We will send you a confirmation email and a reminder as we get closer to the event. Thanks for your help.

Volunteer Task Overview

Volunteer Task Descriptions

 

Load In Team: You will assist in setting up tables, chairs, staging and other equipment for this event.

Ticket Takers: You will assist in greeting all guests, checking that they have a valid ticket and ensuring that VIPs are escorted to their table by a table host.

VIP Lounge: You will ensuring that every VIP in the VIP lounge is taken care of, made to feel welcome and honored at this event.

Cleaning Crew: You will assist in keeping the event clean, tables cleared and trash removed.

Load Out Team: You will assist in tearing down the tables, chairs, staging and other equipment for this event.
