Volunteers are Awesome!

Thank you for considering volunteering for our Easter Brunch at Midland’s Longest Table. We are very excited about this event because of the impact it will have on the people in our community. This event will feature music, and inspirational Easter message from Ty Johnson, an amazing brunch free for the community and Midland’s Largest Easter Egg Hunt with over 6,000 Easter eggs for families and children.

 

This event will be huge. And that’s why we need your help. Please volunteer for any of the activities listed below. We will send you a confirmation email and a reminder as we get closer to the event. Thanks for your help.

Volunteer Task Overview

Volunteer Task Descriptions

 

Load In Team: You will assist in setting up tables, chairs, staging and other equipment for this event.

 

Greeters: You will assist in greeting all guests, checking that they did make a reservation and ensuring their table host escorts them to their table.

 

Buffet Line Servers: You will assist the caterer as needed to ensure all guests are served and made to feel welcome.

 

Table Hosts: You will assist in escorting guests to tables in your section, ensuring that every Thriving United guest in your assigned section is made to feel welcome and honored at this event.

 

Cleaning Crew: You will assist in keeping the event clean, tables cleared and trash removed.

 

Load Out Team: You will assist in tearing down the tables, chairs, staging and other equipment for this event.
